The second Sunday of every month kids aged 12 and under can select a children’s book of their choice for free from the collection at the Bookmark Bookstore.
This monthly event, which began in June 2023, has been an overwhelming success. Kids and their accompanying parents or guardians have been delighted to find something new to read – and even a few other treasures while they’re at it.
In addition to introducing our special bookstore to local families, our hope is to help make books as accessible as possible to children and help cultivate a lifelong love of reading.
