We're seeking volunteers to assist with migrating our member database from Microsoft Access to Salesforce. Our goals are to take advantage of the Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud platform to manage our member database and make it easier to engage with our members and donors. If you have experience Salesforce (nonprofit side a plus) migrations and have 5-6 hours/month to volunteer, we would love your help!
Project scope: Work closely with several Board Directors to migrate the Friends member database from Microsoft Access to Salesforce. Developing a strong functional platform, change management plan, and training guides are critical to the success of this project.
Project responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Work with our Salesforce nonprofit contacts to review business process requirements and develop specifications for the project.
Develop tasks and track execution activities based on our high level timeline.
Assist with creating a change management and training plan.
Time commitment: 5 - 6 hours per month
